Policies…
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order (on orders over $200): the remainder is due two (2) weeks prior to your event.
Your order is not confirmed until receipt of your signed contract and the $50 non-refundable deposit.
Delivery...
On all orders over $250 or within 10 mile radius delivery is free. All other deliveries are based on the distance. Deliveries outside of 25 mile zone will be quoted based on distance.
Payment...
I accept cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Personal check will be accepted, but your cake cannot be completed until the check has cleared. All returned checks are subjected to a charge of $30
Tasting…
Free tastings are available for cake orders over $200 and are by appointment only. Cancellation or change of appointment date must be made at least 24 hours prior to tasting. Please call for your appointment. Tastings are held at 2516 W Minton, Tempe, AZ 85282
other arrangements can be made for location
Cancellation…
If any changes, i.e. dates, designs or cancellations are necessary, please contact me immediately, as I must charge for any goods or services already rendered. Refunds will be considered on an individual basis. Last minute changes may require an additional fee. *note: most cakes will be started at least one week prior to your event, depending on complexity of design.
Cancellations less than seven (7) days prior to the event will not be eligible for refund.

Rental Items…
A Deposit is required for any rental items i.e. pillars, plates, stands, etc. The deposit will be refunded when all items are returned in good condition. If all items are not returned within 30 days after the event in good condition the deposit will NOT be refunded
Pickup waiver…
If you have chosen to have your cake picked up, I cannot be responsible for damage to any cake once it has left my shop. Any repairs or additional cakes will be subject to additional fees.
Heat waiver…
Cakes are fragile and not heat proof. I cannot guarantee any cake displayed at an outdoor event or location with inadequate air conditioning. Fillings and frostings made of chocolate and/or butter require cool temperatures, I will work with you to design your cake of ingredients that will withstand the event's environment.
